Returns

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as we are supplying fresh product.  It there is an issue with your delivery please contact the shop within 24 hours of delivery

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, we require notice 24 hours before the requested delivery date.  Please call the shop on 04 499 9040 or email info@scentboutique.co.nz. If your cancellation is on the day of the delivery, we may not be able to cancel your order.  Once your cancellations is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation. If your cancellations is within the required time frame your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.  Please contact the shop if you do not receive your refund during this period.
